Cognassist: E-learning illustration work

This illustration was created for an interactive section of

e-learning content. In order to highlight areas of importance, the background was muted and displayed in greyscale while the focus points are illustrated in full colour with strategic use of black lines.

Cognassist: E-learning character illustration work

Many projects required characters in order to demonstrate certain ideas or techniques. These illustrations needed to display a wide range of diversity as well as remaining accessible. The characters used in these illustrations also needed to be animation compatible for GIFs and video content.

Cognassist: Infographic design

This infographic combines the use of characters and written content to provide a comprehensive recap. Characters have been adjusted to create content specific icons to help support the written content.

Whilst using this branding (2020 - 2021) many different characters and scenario were presented to the design team who then had to create new scenes and character models. This character line up and set were created using existing designs that were updated for a new project.

Character development and concepts using pre-existing company branding (2019 - 2020) There is a high emphasis on diversity of gender, race, age and ability while maintaining company branding throughout.

When the company decided to make the shift from hand-drawn assets to vector based characters, the design team was tasked with developing the method of converting these designs over using the company guidelines and existing vector assets.
